High Load
High-load work here was not defined only by traffic volume. It was defined by the combination of traffic, live operations, campaign changes and external service dependencies.
The platform had to absorb spikes in visitors, lead creation and routing activity without slowing down operator workflows or downstream business processes.
That meant pushing critical work away from synchronous request chains and making system behavior more resilient under load.
Queues, asynchronous processing and distributed communication became necessary because the business could not pause while the platform caught up.
Reporting and analytics also had to remain usable under scale, which is why analytical workloads needed their own architecture rather than living inside transactional paths.
The real objective was stability under growth: keeping the platform operational while the business continued to expand across campaigns, users and integrations.
