Architecture

The platform architecture had to support multiple business domains without splitting the company into disconnected systems.

The core challenge was not only scale. It was keeping traffic acquisition, lead processing, call center work, logistics and finance connected inside one operating model.

That required clearer service boundaries, reliable communication patterns and a structure that could evolve as the business added new campaigns, offers, operators and integrations.

Architecture work focused on reducing future cost. The goal was to make new product and business changes easier to introduce without rebuilding the core every quarter.

Over time, the platform moved toward distributed services, asynchronous processing and more explicit operational ownership across its critical parts.

The result was a system that could support business growth while remaining understandable to the engineering team responsible for changing it.
