RabbitMQ was chosen to make asynchronous business workflows explicit, durable and operationally controllable.
It separated time-sensitive user flows from background workloads such as lead distribution, notifications, synchronization and retries. That reduced coupling between services and gave the platform predictable failure handling under growth.
