ClickHouse was chosen to make high-volume reporting fast enough for daily business decisions.
Transactional databases were not designed to serve analytical workloads at this scale. ClickHouse enabled large event aggregation, operational dashboards and campaign reporting without turning core systems into reporting bottlenecks.
